All payments are final

Top-ups are prepaid purchases of usage credit and are non-refundable. By topping up you agree that all sales are final and that no refund of your balance — used or unused — will be made. Mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected where they apply.

Crypto payments are irreversible

USDC transfers on Base cannot be reversed by ShareAI. There is no mechanism to return funds to a sending address.

Failed or incorrect payments

Payments sent over the wrong network, with the wrong token, or after an invoice has expired are not credited and may be permanently lost. ShareAI cannot recover them.

Contributor payouts

Contributor earnings are paid out in USDC on Base to the address you provide. Payouts are irreversible; an incorrect address can cause unrecoverable loss, which the contributor bears.
